"The devils seem to swarm around a strange building near the remains of Sweet Water."

"I met a man who went to discover the fate of the town of Sweet Water, and he says that the place was burnt to the ground by the devils. The devils have built a strange tower near the old town, and eerie noises come from it every twenty minutes. He would have explored further, but there were so many devils near the tower he didn't dare."
