Color coded categories? Like red 1-3 quests, orange 1-3 dungeons, etc.
I don't really have strong opinions either way. You can look at my dungeons to see what I have done there. (BTW these are the markers I've used Media:MapMarkers.png) I realize we should agree on things before doing too much work, so we can avoid having to redo it. If you would like to give it a shot, you can mark the map and write stuff, and if it looks fine then that's how we'll do it.
